Emergency Automotive Technologies, Inc. (EATI) was founded in 1985 as a division of Road Rescue, Inc., a leader in emergency rescue vehicle manufacturing. What began as a small operation building squad cars from surplus lighting quickly grew into a full-fledged business. By 1999, EATI became an independent company, and our growth took off.
In 2002, we relocated to a larger facility in Little Canada, MN, and in 2003, we expanded our capabilities by acquiring Municilite, experts in amber lighting solutions. As demand for our services increased, we moved to our current Oakdale, MN location in 2006, followed by additional sites in Duluth (2016) and Jordan (2017). In 2019, we expanded our Duluth operations to a larger facility in Hermantown.

In June 2024, EATI transitioned to new ownership under Bear Isle LLC, led by Kelly O’Toole and Andrea Altmann, but our commitment to quality and innovation remains unchanged.
